Hayden Davis, The Man Behind the LIBRA token Scam in Argentina?

A few days after the controversy over Argentine President Javier Milei launching the Libra cryptocurrency and then regaining support leading to an epic cryptocurrency scam worth over $100 million, a little-known CEO of a Web3 market analysis company emerged at the center of this controversy. Hayden Davis, CEO of Kelsier Ventures, is a central figure in the memecoin LIBRA scandal after Argentine President Javier Milei promoted the token briefly and then withdrew his support, leading to the creators of the token pulling liquidity down to $107 million. This incident has sparked a major scandal in Argentina, with the opposition calling for the impeachment of President Milei over allegations of insider trading. Many people on the internet have accused Davis and his father, Tom Davis, also part of Kelsier Ventures, of creating the LIBRA token project and subsequently pulling liquidity down to $107 million in a cryptocurrency pump and dump scheme. This father-son duo faces allegations for launching LIBRA at a market value of $4.5 billion before undergoing a 90% price drop.

"Some members of the Jupiter group knew that there would be, at some point, a symbolic project related to Argentine President Javier Milei. We learned this directly from Kelsier Ventures about 2 weeks ago. Although we were initially unsure, we then saw credible evidence in the form of public tweets from Milei's personal account that it was serious. That is our entire knowledge," Jupiter said in a statement. The LIBRA token price has skyrocketed after Chairman Milei shared information about this token on X (formerly Twitter) on February 14. The price of this token dropped sharply after Milei deleted his tweet, leading many to believe that he had participated in a pump and dump scheme. The scandal has sparked numerous legal complaints against Davis and other accused participants in this scheme. Legal complaints filed by Argentine lawyers Marcos Zelaya and Jonatan Baldiviezo accuse Milei of colluding with Davis in fraudulent advertising activities. In addition, lawyer Agustín Rombolá has filed a separate complaint against Davis and members of his group for financial misconduct, price manipulation, and fraudulent activities. Rombolá's company plans to file a class action lawsuit to help investors recover the lost funds. President Milei has called for a formal investigation to examine the matter while requesting an analysis of his own involvement in the controversy. President Milei's office has stated that he was unaware of Davis or the LIBRA project until he took office. The cryptocurrency projects managed by Kelsier Ventures under the leadership of Davis have been associated with multiple suspicious business projects related to his previous business activities and questionable projects. The LIBRA token website has received domain registration at the right time of launch while its ownership structure is still unclear, leading to suspicions of fraudulent activities. Opposition leader Leandro Santoro has seized the scandal, pushing for the impeachment of President Milei. With the trial scheduled for February 17, the outcome of the case will not only affect those involved but also potentially reshape regulations on Argentina's cryptocurrency market. During the investigation, Hayden Mark Davis's role in the collapse of the LIBRA token remains the center of attention, with many people questioning whether this is a bold marketing tactic or a deliberate financial fraud.
