What are the common characteristics that lead to contract liquidation? How many did you hit?

In the futures market, investors who get liquidated or suffer significant losses often share the following common problems. If these issues cannot be thoroughly overcome, losses may become the norm:

1. Habitual heavy trading;
2. Holding on to losses stubbornly, refusing to admit mistakes, and hoping for a market correction to turn things around;
3. Never set a stop loss and rely on manual closing. Once faced with extreme market conditions, it often leads to missing the stop loss opportunity and uncontrolled losses.

Investment markets are the same everywhere; some people feel that a 10% position operation "earns too little", but I always advise: never aspire to get rich overnight. With steady and solid efforts, the earnings accumulated in a month can actually be quite substantial.

High leverage trading is a major inducement for getting liquidated—placing heavy bets with high leverage weakens risk resistance. The more one is eager for quick success and wants to "get rich quickly," the worse the outcome often is.

The truly sustainable approach is: hold a light position with small amounts, and follow the trend; a steady trickle leads to accumulation over time. When the account funds have doubled or more, it may be wise to withdraw the principal first; at this point, your mindset will be more composed, and the pace of profit will actually accelerate. #特朗普允许401(k)投资加密货币#
