Jin10 reported on July 23 that Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba has decided to resign on Wednesday. To take responsibility for the ruling coalition's defeat in the July 20 Senate election, Ishiba plans to officially announce his resignation by the end of July. It is understood that Ishiba ultimately made his decision after the conclusion of the US-Japan tariff negotiation protocol.
